Returns and Refunds

Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return the product within 45 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. The product must be in its original condition and packaging. Certain items, such as perishable goods, custom products, and digital downloads, are not eligible for return.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team, customerservice@trendcmt.com, to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Include the RMA number with your return shipment. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the returned product. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
